The challenge
With the launch of a new identity and visual language for this national charity, the expectation was high. Working within tight guidelines it was necessary to come up with a concept that could be delivered through silhouettes; the criteria for all new imagery.

Our approach
When tackling the annual report for Citizens Advice, we wanted to give a voice to the volunteers and clients bringing a human dimension to the report. Infographics played an important role in communicating key statistical information. An engaging design further helped to promote the work of this important charity who do so much to solve problems and change lives.
