The challenge
With the launch of a new identity and visual language for this national charity, expectation was high. Working within tight guidelines it was necessary to come up with a concept that could be delivered through silhouettes; the criteria for all new imagery.

Our approach
When tackling the annual report for Citizens Advice, we wanted to highlight how the organisation increasingly reaches out to the public through digital channels. This was done through a series of illustrations of mobile devices carrying quotes from the charity’s twitter feed. Finding a way to give a voice to the volunteers and clients brought a human dimension to the report.

Infographics played an important role in communicating key statistical information. An engaging design further helped to promote the work of this important charity who do so much to solve problems and change lives.
