The challenge

To develop brand guidelines and a new source of imagery for use across all the Fentons marketing communications.

Our approach

Personal Injury claims are at times unfairly represented in the press, so our aim was to show the human face behind each story.  The theme ‘your claim is your future’ underpinned our design approach and reflected the fact that sucessful claims often offer rehabilitation to accident survivors and support to bereaved families. Given the confidential nature of Fentons’ work, we cast character models to represent claimants. However, all testimonials and scenarios used were based on real cases and quotes.

Radically improving the look and feel of the firm’s materials consolidated their position as a top ranked practice and supported their merger with global firm, Slater and Gordon, which took place a few months after the redesign.
