Mash was brought in a consultancy role to deliver a new responsive website for Taxand, the world’s largest independent tax organisation.

To clearly communicate the structure and user benefits of this member organisation.

Our approach

Key interventions helped bring the site to life  – content strategy, imagery and a new member area.

The content strategy was where we started. We felt strongly that there had to be more first-hand stories from Taxanders. We took advantage of the annual conference to capture video testimonials and member benefits.

We also worked with the client to tease out statistics and top level messages which outlined their ethos and proposition. These were brought to life through bespoke infographics all visually held together by the repeated motif of the Taxand dots.
